Initially, I thought that Business intelligence is a system that gets and compiles important data and generates reports that are helpful in the decision making of organizations.
In the seminar, I learned that it is a very comprehensive idea better than what I initially thought. It gets queries from all the other systems like order systems, manufacturing systems, inventory systems and the like of an organization and integrate all the reports in the Business intelligence.
The seminar was interesting and is very much related to our course since we are doing systems about different business systems and makes/generates reports that contains important data for the main purpose of getting information for decision making, brain storming for future actions for business planning.
